Alright so the date, venue and color of your wedding is selected, so what’s next ? I’ll tell you what’s next, it’s your wedding fitness routine! This program is specifically designed for you to look and feel your very best on the day that you’ll never forget.
Ideally, the duration of this wedding fitness program is 2 – 6 months before the wedding date. This program is mainly a mix of cardio and full body strength training exercises to tone your body. The emphasis of the plan is to sculpt your waist, back, shoulders and arms so that you are able to confidently and gracefully fit your wedding gown and/or suit. Workouts are 2 – 5 days a week and the choice to add a nutritional component is optional.
This program can be followed in the gym, or at home via my branded fitness app. You also opt to have me lead the sessions virtually for extra motivation and guidance. Now are you ready to start preparing for your big day ?

Fit For The Office - 9 to 5 Results
Spending a lot of your time at the office sitting at a computer screen, leading debates, and making presentations usually cause your neck, back, wrist and arms to become fatigue, which are major contributors to workplace stress and tiredness.
Therefore this fitness program is designed to not only get you in better shape, but also to help you feel better on the job, both mentally and physically through various dynamic stretches, workouts, and tips for proper practices to both exhilarate and to relax and to dissipate stress.
This program can be followed for 3 – 6 months with workouts that are scheduled 1 – 4 days a week. This program can be followed in the gym, or at home via my branded fitness app. You also opt to have me lead the sessions virtually for extra motivation and guidance

Fit Parent At Home - Home Fitness Program
Struggling to successfully make fitness part of your life as a stay at home parent? Don’t worry! This program is designed to give the perfect workouts tailored to your needs without any fancy or expensive equipment! As a parent you always put your family first, but you also know that your health should be a top priority so that you can continue being there for your family!
I know that you’re typically setting your days around your kids’ schedules, which leaves your days unpredictable. However with this program, you will be able to fit workouts during your kids’ nap time or while they’re enjoying their own activities. Because the program is made for you to follow at home, you won’t even need to leave the house as workouts can last between 25 – 50 minutes that will get you closer to your goals.

This can be followed in the gym or at home or even a combination of both via my branded fitness app! We will stay in touch throughout the program via 24/7 chat availability and and weekend check-ins (calls) every 4th week.

Lean Eating - Nutrition Program
Start eating towards the results you want and improving your health with a personalized meal plan! With this program you can receive delicious, healthy recipes with all the measurements and weekly grocery lists done for you.
After you fill in the intake questionnaire and list your desired goals, foods you like (or don’t like) and type of diet you prefer following, you will then receive the perfect meal plan that is sustainable to reach your goals.
This program can be followed on a per week basis or per month.

Let’s get personal virtually! This program entails virtual personal training sessions led by me via my fitness app, zoom or FaceTime. These workouts are modified to fit your needs and limitations. With my guidance, together we will exceed your goals as I am there to provide the motivation and make sure each exercise are being executed correctly.
